What is the CheckPoint 360° process?
Using a survey, the manager completes a self-evaluation. Feedback is collected from a reference group (composed of bosses, peers, directly reporting employees, and/or others who work with organization leaders). The system scores and collects the survey results and provides a set of actionable reports that can be used for coaching and leadership development. All participant responses are confidential except for the leaders’ and bosses’ ratings.
How long does the CheckPoint 360° process take?
The assessment takes approximately 15 minutes for each participant to complete.
